Race Day Information
Telford Harriers are looking forward to welcoming you to the Ironbridge Half marathon on 7 November 2021 at 10am
We are aware that is has been some time since race numbers were issued.
If you have misplaced your number we will be able to issue you with new one, there will be a small cost of £2.50 for this. To arrange a new number please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that you must bring your number with you on the day as we are unable to guarantee a replacement due to limited numbers of spare bibs.
If you find yourself unable to run and are looking to transfer your place then that can be arranged through email@example.com for which there is a £5 transfer fee.
Refunds and Deferrals
As per the race Terms and Conditions, we are unable to offer refunds or deferrals, however, we will assist you with arranging transfers.
The 2021 race is a sell out. If you are looking for a late entry place, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check if a transfer place has become available.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we must ask that you do not attend the race if you are displaying symptoms or have tested positive. All competitors are recommended to have a LFT/PCR test at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Please use either Dark Lane car park or one of the many car parks located around Telford Town Centre.
Race HQ is approximately a 10 minute walk from these car parks.

Toilets are located here.
We are not operating a formal bag drop.
We will however store bags in our van for anyone who has travelled by foot, bike or train.
The race start is at the arena in Telford Town Park, this is adjacent to the Visitor Centre and Race HQ.

There are no toilets on the route.
Race Start time
The start time for the half marathon is 10am.
Please be aware that you are not allowed to wear headphones during the race.
Anyone spotted wearing these will be disqualified.
There are 4 water stations on the course where 330ml bottles will be available.
Water station 1 – 3 miles – on the Silkin Way near the Queensway junction
Water station 2 – 6 miles – Coalport Road just over the bridge
Water station 3 – 9 miles – School Road before heading to Rough Park
Water station 4 – 11 miles – on the Silkin Way near the Queensway junction
During the Race
Please follow the race marshals, signs & any Police instructions.
Failure to do so may result in this event not being held next year.
Once again there is a cut off time of 3 hours, at 1pm all marshals and timekeepers will be withdrawn.
On completing the race you will be directed through the finish funnel and water will be available. You will then be directed onto the grassed area where you will be able to collect your t-shirt, medal and Buff. At this time we will only be able to allocate the t-shirt size that was requested on entry. If we are able to we will swap sizes once all competitors have finished the race. We are currently working on reducing touch points around the finish area so further details will follow.
